Have you ever had the following “run” through your mind? (See what I did there?)

  • “I want to try running.”
  • “I want to run, but I need someone to hold me accountable.”
  • “I want to run a new, scary distance.”
  • “I want my running mojo back.”
  • “I want running to not suck.”

From total newbies to experienced runners, run coaching can help you turn those random thoughts into realities. Everything from custom training plans, to E-coaching, to in-person meet ups await you, and it’s more affordable than a night on the town with a babysitter. Unless you eat at fancy-schmancy places a lot.

  • I don’t believe in “junk miles.” Every mile has a purpose.
  • I believe a 5k is just as “legit” as a marathon, and should be celebrated as such.
  • I coach the mental part of running as well as the physical. I take a joyful, positive , growth-mindset approach with every client.
  • I aim to help you find your BEST RUNNING SELF.

You don’t need to be fit to run. You run to get fit.

(However, I can’t promise you’ll have Farrah-Hair. You’re on your own for that.)

  1. I saw your “insanely elaborate blister prevention method” a few weeks ago. After having a continuous blister for years on my bunion anytime I run over about 2-3 miles, I want to thank you so much for sharing your method. I ran 10 miles today without even the hint of a blister. Amazing. Thank you!!
