Oh Yes I Did Just Sign Up For Another Marathon

Well, it’s a lottery to get into a marathon.

Yes, yes…I know I said I’m doing the 2014 NYC Marathon (I’ve got a guaranteed entry into that one due to the Sandy debacle). I put my hat/legs/feet into the ring for the 2013 New York Marathon anyway. The drawing is May 29. It’s a long shot, but hey, I got into the 2013 NYC Half Marathon via lottery. You never know…

But even if I don’t get in, that means that I’ve been thinking about doing a fall marathon. Somebody stop me.

I guess it’s kind of like childbirth. After a while, the memory of the pain starts to fade away, and you think you’re ready for another. At least this won’t leave me with stretch marks.
